I like to bake and measuring yeast sometimes is a pain, especially if you need to weigh a very small amount of it.

I am very impressed with this scale. It maintains accuracy even though I enjoy using the check weight which is included. I also like the detachable clear cover which ensures accurate weights when there is A/C of a fan being used. It is so inexpensive that I will buy another.
