It will remain in position when filling the mixing bowl with liquids and throughout the cooking time, while the unique wave design ensures even temperature distribution.

Increasing the possibilities of Thermomix even more, the blade cover makes slow cooked dishes even better. Acting as a barrier between the sharp mixing knife and the ingredients in the mixing bowl, large pieces of meat or vegetables will retain their shape, even after several hours of precise cooking.
Also of benefit for sous-vide cooking, almost the entire volume of the mixing bowl can now be used, increasing the number of portions that can be made at once. With a consistent and even circulation of water, beautifully tender dishes are guaranteed.
Please note that the Slow Cooking and Sous-vide modes are only available for Thermomix TM6. The blade cover still works with ThermomixTM5 AND TM31 , just set TM5 to reverse blade and use speed 1.
This cover cannot be used for Lidl MONSIEUR CUISINE MACHINES.
