Hello, got a knife, very pleased, as in the picture. Very long delayed customs, 21 days, and that from the order to the receipt of 42 days.

Impressive, knife is sharp out of box. Good single bevel Kiritsuke in Yanagiba proportions with a proper urasuki. A bit of QC issue with handle though nothing sandpaper won’t take care of. And honestly something you would also see with entry level made in Japan knives.
For the price, in stainless steel (they claim 4Cr13Mov, who really knows), it’s an unbelievable value. It’s doing exactly what it’s made to do providing slick edges on hard vegetables, good pulling cuts on protein with minimal tearing. Can’t speak to edge retention yet, but with care and maintenance on a decent stone I’m sure this will perform well for years.
